This role suits an individual who has all round, successful revenue experience in large properties.  Especially important is the knowledge of the London market in a 4-star environment.

Food and Beverage Supervisor (2 positions available)

The successful applicant will need to have good knowledge of both bar and restaurant food service, preferably within the hotel industry.  Holder of a Personal Licence would be an advantage and at least a basic food hygiene certificate. 

 

Full time post, 40 hours per week.
