Our Solihull Gym & Leisure facilities comprise of a fully equipped and air-conditioned gym with a range of cardio-vascular and resistance machines including static weights machines and a selection of free weights.
In the pool hall there is a heated swimming pool with a lagoon area for children, a spa pool, sauna cabin, steam room and cold dip plunge pool.
On joining our gym you will receive a full complimentary gym induction and a free fitness assessment to get you started and from this we will devise your very own gym programme tailored to your individual goals and needs.
We offer a range of weekly exercise classes that run Mondays to Thursdays, that you can incorporate into your routine.

Class Descriptions:
Total Abs – This exercise class will focus on your abdominal and oblique muscles that often get neglected. The class will concentrate on your core abdominal strength to improve posture, balance and co-ordination. The session also begins with stretching before the abs get blasted!
Circuits – This is a great, fun and effective multi-station/activity based session to target all muscle groups whilst also working on your cardio-vascular fitness. No two classes will be the same!
Solihull Boxercise – This class is based on the training concepts that boxers use to keep fit. The session will involve shadow boxing, skipping, pad work and sit ups. Aimed at all ages and fitness standards, this is a fun, challenging and safe work out.
Solihull Running Club – From road running to hill and sprint drills – we will cater for every ability. You will make the move to go faster when you are ready. We encourage beginners to join and no one will be left to run on their own.
Body Conditioning – This class features aerobics, yoga and pilates moves. It is an excellent toning class combining strength and endurance. Work at your own pace to the music!
