With surprising citrus twists, light refreshing flavours, a subtle nod to aromatic herbs and lip-smacking sweet treats, this is an absolute must-try for anyone who considers themselves a gin fan.
Take a seat in our conservatory restaurant opposite leafy Hyde Park and watch the world go by as you sample Hendrick’s Gin & mint-cured salmon on caper berry bagels, peppery pastrami with horseradish and wild rocket, lime & cucumber mousse macarons (trust us, these are amazing) and mini key lime pie with a hint of Gordon’s. . .
It wouldn’t be afternoon tea without freshly baked scones, of course, and our buttery triple-citrus treats are a heavenly lemony alternative to the traditional scone. Perfect with a refreshing cup of tea or our sublime Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Cocktail (we've shared the recipe below!).

Create your own Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Cocktail with our recipe and get ginspired for World Gin Day!
Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Cocktail
You will need
• 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
• ¾ of bottle ginger beer
• 1 dash of lime juice
• a wedge of lime to garnish
Fill up a highball glass with ice cubes
Pour in a double shot of Rhubarb & Ginger gin
Add a dash of fresh lime juice
Top up with ginger beer
Garnish with a wedge of lime & stirrer - and enjoy!
